Replacement Policy
- Product shall be return/replace within 48 hours after delivery, if product damaged, wrong product received, non-working product only.
- Our courier company would pick up the product from you and deliver it back to our seller. Seller would inspect the product and once inspected by the seller, the product would be delivered to you.
- The replacement process takes a maximum of 21 days after receiving your replacement request.
