PI-Tape 12-40 mm L.C.:0.05 (plastic)

Range- 12- 40 mm, L.C-0.05 mm Material- Biaxially oriented engineering plastic, it has melting point 270°C, and Compounded with UV stabilizer hence material has life more than 10 Years. 1) Material is tested under UV testing and tensile testing and no further elongation found hence It gives accurate reading. To Read (follow the steps) 2) Wrap a pi tape around pipe, and check the zero line of vernier scale. 3) Suppose The zero on vernier is passed the 16 line on main scale. 4)Now find the line on vernier which corresponds (match) exactly with the main scale line. 5)Lets say 5th line is exactly matches to main scale reading then (5* 0.05 = 0.25 mm) this added to the 16 reading gives on outside diameter as 16.25 mm
